The classic - by which we mean, proper - Whiskey Sour [egg whites and all] from Howcast using Rittenhouse Rye whiskey.

Whiskey Sour Recipe:

2 oz Rittenhouse Rye
lemon juice
simple syrup
one egg white
Shake and strain over fresh ice in a double rocks glass.
Garnish with orange slice and cherry - if desired

Although Howcast uses rye whiskey for their whiskey sour recipe, it is perfectly acceptable - and even encouraged! - to use bourbon as a substitute.
