Italian spirits company Campari recently purchased a 70% stake in Wilderness Trail Distillery [in Kentucky] - with plans to complete the purchase in 2031 - after previously purchasing a 15% stake in Catalyst Spirits [which produces Howler Head flavored whiskey] Those with longer memories will recall that Campari already purchased - way back in 2009 - the Wild Turkey brand
