Loved this Christmas-themed video! Weirdly, watching someone drinking whisky for 45 minutes didn't feel too boring!
I couldn't make it through the entire 45 minutes. Good theme though but too long for me.
Sorry, but you really think I would just sit here and watch someone drink for 45 minutes? In that time, I could go to the closest liquor store, buy a bottle and come back to drink it all with time to spare.
I'm sorry but this video is for when I want to fall asleep. Smh
What was the point of this? There wasn't even any dialogue that I saw. I didn't even see what he was drinking, so other than a relaxing video..it didn't really say anything.
I have to agree. I don't even know what the point of the whole thing was. I would like to know who actually sat through the entire thing without falling sleep.
Nick Offerman is the best. And, I think this is a fantastic twist on the original film of the yule log burning on the fire. It's supposed to be boring -- who ACTUALLY turns on the recording of the yule log during the holidays? And if you do, do you ACTUALLY watch it? Probably not. It's supposed to be turned on in the background of your home's holiday bustle to set a certain...holiday ambiance.
Also, being a Nick Offerman fan is probably essential to understanding why this is funny. I enjoyed it.
I hadn't seen it yet, thanks. There is someone that looped it so you can have it running for 10 hours. Just search for
"Nick Offerman's 'Yule Log' Ten Hour Version "
I have watched the Yule Log video on Netflix, but have't watched the entire thing. I did put it on with my boyfriend and we got a little romantic to it in the winter time. I would put on the whisky one and have a drink with my buddy Nick Offerman. He's a real man's man.
Well I will have to look more into this one because I do happen to like this guy. Ever since seeing him on Parks and Rec I just enjoy his character and attitude towards things.
I also don't think I would want to sit through a 45-min. long video clip when there are a lot of other good and interesting videos on Youtube. Good luck to those that decide to watch it, you can't get back those 45 mins., lol.
I agree, even though it's informational but 45 minutes is too long
@Zero, Sometimes I just convert the video to mp3 and just listen to it while doing some chores so that I won't waste time sitting there watching something unimportant. So that is a better option if I want to listen to a video and I'm pressed for time.
Well unlike you i find far more amusing to listen to comedy stand ups .
I guess I didn't realize that it was a long video, but it seems like a good thing to have in the background. Splitting it up always works too, but either way I will give it a try.
It's pretty long but as you stated splitting it is more convenient and easier
@Zero, Do you subscribe to a particular Youtube channel? As for me I like watching spoof videos like those on Bart Baker's channel.
I'm not subscribed to any, but it's only because i don't want to spam my youtube home page.
@Zero, Same here, I also don't like receiving email updates on newly posted videos, so I don't subscribe to any channel too.
