Even fewer bottles [176] of the Gordon & MacPhail 1969 from Speyside’s Dallas Dhu Distillery [closed in 1983] – a single malt whisky from a refill sherry hogshead – are being made available wordlwide for $8,555 per decanter.

Finally, a meager 161 bottles of the Gordon & MacPhail 1982 from Lowlands’ St. Magdalene Distillery [also closed in 1983] – a single malt whisky matured in a refill American hogshead – are being made available worldwide for $1,230 per decanter.
