Old Pulteney Releases Trio Of Delight
Old Pulteney is busy this month – they have released two new single malt whiskies as well as a limited edition in parternship with Edinburgh International Airport.
The two new single malts are a limited edition 1983 Vintage and a 25-Year-Old.
The 1983 Vintage was matured in ex-Bourbon American oak barrels, then in ex-Oloroso Spanish sherry oak butts, then bottled at 46% alcohol by volume [92 proof] while the 25-Year-Old was also aged in ex-Bourbon American oak barrels for 22 years before being moved to ex-Oloroso sherry Spanish oak butts for the remaining three years, then bottled at 46% alcohol by volume [92 proof].
Meanwhile an Old Pulteney 1985 single malt will only be available at the World of Whiskies store in the Edinburgh International Airport.
The Old Pulteney 1983 Vintage are available for $660 per bottle. The Old Pulteney 25-Year-Old will be available for $400 per bottle. Only 168 individually numbered bottles of the Old Pulteney 1985 will be available for $365 per bottle.
