Le Clos Goes All Out With Karuizawa Geisha
LeClos has unveiled their unique complete Karuizawa Geisha Series collection of Japanese whisky – which will be on display at the Dubai airport. The 27-bottle Karuizawa Geisha Series is comprised of whisky which have been aged 29, 30, 31 and 50 years from the distillery which closed 17 years ago. Tomatin Releases Five Malts
Tomatin has revealed a new limited-edition single malt series they are calling the Five Virtues, representing nature’s elements of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water. In yet another announcement timed for St. Patrick’s Day, Bushmills is seeing red with their launch of what they are calling Red Bush blended whiskey. Bushmills Red Bush is a blend of triple-distilled Irish single malt and Irish grain whiskey that has been matured in a bourbon cask. Bushmills Red Bush is available beginning in March 2017.

Anheuser Busch/InBev has launched Bud Light to the UK market – and you can determine your personal amount of joy with that announcement. Bud – short for Budweiser, of course – Light is offered up at 3.5% alcohol by volume for the UK and will be available in aluminum cans beginning in March 2017 for prices ranging from $5.50 for a 4-pack to $18 for an 18-pack.

Kopparberg Launches Sparkling Rose Cider
Swedish cidermaker, Kopparberg, has launched their newest cider product – Sparkling Rosé Cider. Kopparberg Sparkling Rose Cider is 7% alcohol by volume and will be available in both raspberry and strawberry flavors. Kopparberg Sparkling Rosé Cider will be bottled in 750ml bottles but, alas, are currently only available only in Sweden and the UK for $8 per bottle.
Charles Hamilton Has The Isles
Charles Hamilton has released ‘The Isles’ – a blended set of whiskies featuring the Speyside, Highland, Islay and Lowland regions. The Isles is bottled at 40% alcohol by volume [80 proof] and is said to produce notes of toffee and jasmine with a and spicy marine underbelly. The Isles will be available in the UK and selected European and world markets for $40 per bottle.
