Six States Getting American Moonshine
Six lucky – or unlucky, depends on how you look at it – states will be on the receiving end of some American Moonshine. Original American Moonshine is a 51.5% alcohol content [103 proof] un-aged corn whiskey consisting solely of corn, sugar and water [heavy on the corn]. It also comes in two additional flavors – Apple Pie and Dixie, a sweet tea-flavored whiskey. Both Apple Pie and Dixie come in at a reduced alcohol content of 41.5% [83 proof].
Bottles of American Moonshine are available for the bargain price of $25 each in Alabama, Arkansas, California, Georgia, Mississippi and Tennessee. What? Not Ohio?
