What Would Lemmy Have Wanted? His Own Jack Daniel’s Whiskey
Ian “Lemmy” Kilmister – the former frontman for metal rock and roll band Motorhead – passed away last month and what would Lemmy have wanted most at the time of his death? Oddsmakers agree, it likely would have been a bottle of whiskey. Jack Daniel’s – or rather, one of their retail accounts, Atlantic City Bottling Company – has slapped a Motorhead label on one of their bottles of Jack Daniel’s whiskey as a tribute to Kilmister.
The Motorhead Jack Daniel’s whiskey was taken from a single barrel and, therefore, limited to 288 bottles – but another barrel will be released by the Atlantic Bottling Company in 2016.
