I have done both and I don't think either is more harmful, cigarettes are cheaper but they both have tobacco. If you take any if them compulsively you will harm yourself
Try this things
Exercise.
Get out of the house for a walk.
Chew gum or hard candy.
Keep your hands busy with a pen or toothpick, or play a game in the QuitGuide app.
Drink lots of water.
Relax with deep breathing.
Go to a movie.
Spend time with non-smoking friends and family.
I actually have a whole crate of Serbian beer Jelen in my fridge. It's hard to find good beer with different beers budding up. I prefer to buy in bulk and drink it from time to time.
Couldn't believe it but I read that smoking could actually help prevent knee replacement surgery. Smoking also reduces the risk of getting Parkinson's disease.
