Tonight I watched America's Got Talent. That is my favorite summer show. There are some amazing acts that perform, and some that are just stupid. However, once they get past the first audtions most of the acts are pretty good.

I don't have any good hangover cures, because I don't drink enough to get a hangover. Once I get a bit tipsy that is generally it for me. I hate the feeling of being drunk off my butt, and avoid that at all costs.

I think the beer with coke or root beer option is something that is being sold now. LIke the Best Damn Rootbeer ever, not your Father's rootbeer etc. They also have a cherry cola version of it I have noticed. I haven't tried any of these, but I have seen them in the store.

I think trying the old stuff would be interesting. I think that Absinthe is quite strong though no matter what type you have. I have never seen it or tried it. It just seems to be the stuff of legend. It just is something that has a lot of mystery associated with it.

One thing, that I know is popular in certain areas of the country is beer with tomato juice. I am thinking it might taste something like a cheap Bloody Mary. I don't usually buy tomato juice but if I have some sometime I would like to try it. I think Bud has a product..their Clamato is inspired...

I had a Czech beer one time in Northern Virginia. I don't remember the name of it, but I didn't think it was that great. I am sure that the Czech's have a variety of beers though. I would think most of them are substantial. I think Belgian ale is pretty popular everywhere.

I tend to just go to restaurant bars. I rarely go to a bar where the bar is the main attraction. Back in my younger days I did, because there wasn't too much to do in one of the town's I worked in..but this area where I live really doesn't have bars per se anyway.
