Deanston Unveils 20-year-old

Deanston has unveiled a 20-Year-Old Highland single malt Scotch whisky for the holiday gift-giving season. Deanston 20-Year-Old has spent 20 years maturing in ex-Oloroso sherry casks before being bottled at 55.3% alcohol content [110.6 proof].

Deanston 20-Year-Old is available for $165 per bottle beginning in December 2015.

This is a great idea for a Christmas gift. I love when new products get released just in time for the holiday season. The liquor store is always my favorite place to do my holiday shopping.

Indeed, sadly I wasn't able to pick it up just in time for Christmas. Maybe as a New Year's gift? Who knows. :p
 
wow, 165.00 per bottle is a bit steep though. I never pay that much for my whiskey. At that price, a bottle better last me 5 years lol. It sounds like it would indeed be a whiskey to savor though...I can smell it now:)
