While drinking, would you disturb bar maids to give you a glass or a straw or are you comfortable with drinking directly from the bottle?
I don't mind to have it in glass or in a bottle. It depends on mood and the plan. If I have to move out quickly after taking the beer then I would love to have it in the bottle and if I have to enjoy in the bar then I would love it in a glass with the straw.
I enjoy drinking in a bottle with a straw. It depends on individual choice. I have seen many people drinking in a glass. everyone have their own choice about it. Once I saw a person using a bowl for this purpose. LOL!
I think a straw would only work with certain types of drinks, and I am picturing the more fruity ones. I am not sure if that is always the case but that is my limited experience, but I would still go glass over bottle.
It doesn't matter. When I drink with my friends we usually buy a big bottle and either buy some cups for it, or drink straight from the bottle. If one of us is sick we buy cups for practical reasons.
I think it really matters as far as bringing out the taste of the drink, and this can really bring out the aroma and body of the drink as well. They even have different glasses for the variety of beers-for example they have the imperial pint glass,a pilsner glass and also the american pint glasses as well.
You tell them! Beer is Beer - why are people trying to complicate their drinking habits? You could serve me Beer in a dog bowl and I'd still have it!(Just so you know I am kidding. Getting on all fours to drink beer isn't my style) On a more serious note, I'd rather the bottle because, if I get a bit tipsy I might just drop the Beer. The bottle will at least preserve some of the beer.
I really don't care whether it is in glass or bottle as long it is cold lol... Well i am a beer lover so i basically saw the ways how people serve beer. Its basically the taste is what i'm after for, but it's more often that i order them in glass with ice on it.
But what if you drop the glass though? Just imagine the pain and suffering of losing that glass of beer. Your enjoyment shattered in pieces and the beer all over the floor. Would you really want a glass after thinking of the consequences?
That would be unfortunate, imagine all those flavor and hard work making it is wasted! Ill just probably buy a new one. If they have these... Not a bad idea...
I prefer glass too. I am not much of a bottle drinker. It's kind of personal preference though. Nothing is right or wrong.
When I'm at home I always drink my beer using the bottle but when I'm at a club or a local bar, I prefer using a glass.
On second thought, maybe I should fake a coma. I will request Beer in my IV drip. - what a brilliant idea. I'm sure my liver will be fine and they got Liver transplants if I suffer liver failure so I am secure
Just my off-the-cuff take on the matter, my experience with sodas when I was a kid was really to drink it directly from the bottle. The thirst for sodas are meant to be quenched quickly like drinking water. But drinking beer is a ritual man, we do not rush things when we drink some beer especially among friends or even by ourselves. We savor the taste, we smell the aroma, we roll it in our mouths, and drink it like it was one of the most precious liquid in the world: Beer.
I wouldn't say I'm that strict with how I drink my beer even though, I'm a bottle guy when I'm at my apartment. I think beer is meant to be drunk off the bottle imo.
No. You must hide your Beer from everyone and if you have to share, hide most of the beer in your mini-fridge in your room. You must have enough to last you a month. If the supply is any less, all guests must drink water - there isn't enough to share
