Oktoberfest In Helen Ga

Has anybody been to this town and enjoyed the fall activities, including drinking some good German beer at this Oktoberfest celebration? I always think about going to this beer festival in Helen Georgia but never make it up there for some reason. This place is 70 miles north of Atlanta and the festival runs from september 7-october 29. This whole town looks like a Bavarian Alpine Village-and the material used in building the original towns are used here including rough-hewn stone,exposed timbers,cobblestones,and bright paint as well.

Seems like a good place to celebrate Oktoberfest in. I haven't been to that place yet, but I would love to go there given the chance.

Well this is always one of my favorite times of the year, for beer drinking at least. I have not participated in a bit though, so maybe this is a sign to get out there.
