Discount whisky Scottish Leader will be introducing their newest Signature blended Scotch whisky in the coming weeks. Scottish Leader Signature will be a blend of malt and grain whiskies that is meant to impart a honey/smoky taste note with a smooth finish.

Scottish Leader Signature blended Scotch whisky will priced at $15 per bottle and become available in South Africa in December 2014 and the rest of the world in 2015.

Scottish Leader.. hmm, that doesn't ring any bells. 15$ isn't a lot, curious to see how the quality of the whisky is at this price.
 
I have never heard of it either unless it is not available in my area. The price is right though. It would probably be a bit more expensive here though because all alcohol seems to be.
 
I doubt that it will be available in the ABC shops here for awhile. I will look for it in the coming months. They generally carry brands there from US locations and local brans with stuff like Candian Club thrown in, although I am sure some of the Irish and Scottish whiskies are in there as well.
 
I haven't heard of this brand, but I'm open to try new things. It'd be interesting to dive into a new brand without knowing anything about it. I love hints of honey, so I might just like this one.
 
I love it when you get that hit of the malt grain. That sounds amazing! I can't wait to try it. I wish I had a bigger Whisky budget this month.
 
lol @ sillylucy don't we all wish we had a bigger Whiskey budget! unfortunately our bills have to be paid first.
