Tiger Lily Brings Out Lehman Brothers Ashes Of Disaster Whisky

In one of the most snubbiest of the all-time nose snubs, a London-based investment firm, Tiger Lily Ventures, Ltd. Is seeking to sell its three-whisky line of Lehman Brothers Whisky – Ashes of Disaster, Evergreen and Snapfire – particularly in New York.

Standing in the way of the possible whisky deluge is UK-based Barclays PLC – which bought the then-New York-based Lehman Brothers investment firm in 2008 - after the firm was widely viewed as setting the foundation for what became the financial meltdown of the years afterward. Although Barclays has essentially liquidated all essence of the former investment bank, it still claims to retain the name for business purposes, nonexistent as they may be.

An ongoing legal battle will determine if any Lehman Brothers whisky sees the light of day in New York in 2015.

Oh damn, That's too bad for Lehman Brothers. Their whisky was decent, sad to see them facing a big lawsuit.
