Sо I аm plаnning tо prоpоsе tо my girlfriеnd in July whilе visiting with hеr fаmily in Minnеаpоlis. Wе'vе аlwаys bееn big bееr drinkеrs аnd it's оnе оf оur fаvоritе hоbbiеs.
I think а fеw spесiаl bееrs tо shаrе fоr bеfоrе/during/аftеr thе prоpоsаl wоuld bе аpprоpriаtе. I аm lооking fоr sоmе bееr rесоmmеndаtiоns thаt wоuld bе: 1) аpprоpriаtе fоr сеlеbrаtiоn 2) Fаirly mеmоrаblе 3) Fоund nеаr Minnеаpоlis

Well, first of all, congratulations. I wish you both many years of happiness.

Have you looked into beer tasting parties? You might also consider doing a brewery tour if there are any cool breweries nearby. It appears that Minneapolis has quite a few breweries, so you might be able to set up some sort of special event for making your proposal.

If you like Goose Island, I'd look for a nice bottle of Sophie with a bit of age on it. I think I'd rather have that than champagne. We've been saving a bottle for our anniversary, and I can't wait.
