I started to walk this way to make my own drinks and I confess that the results are much better than I imagined. I already managed to make great beers and wines.
True, I am actually very happy with the first wine that I have made. It was just sugar and distilled water. I was thinking that I would not work but it did. I am not a beer drinker so I'm not going to take that path. Maybe Gin or Whiskey, but as I have mentioned, till I completed my resources.
Did you ever try making beer? I thought it would be very omplicated, but it's a lot easier than I was imagining.
Yes, I did, but it was just a one-time thing. I tried ale and beer. It was good but I am more into stronger stuff.
Today I made more beer for a barbecue with some friends and the success was guaranteed. Next time I'll make wine.
Wow, that is great. I'm sure they loved it. This end of the month, I'll start making vodka or moonshine. I am hoping to get positive results from it.
Will you try something different? Or something simple? Let me 'cause I wanna try something too. I've never made vodka.
I am actually planning to make my first one simple, but Vodka is the most basic liquor that I have seen so far. So I'll just that to test things up. Then If it works well, I would try to mix up things a bit.
No, I don't have a particular daily drink especially when it comes to beer. The fact, out of the seven days in a week I drink in around five days. My commonly consumed drinks are the non alcoholic.
I don't have a daily drink, even though I find that drinking in moderation every day is okay. Moderation is key though. I like a nice, bubbly, sweet wine, so I lean towards Moscato. If I want something stronger, I'll drink a little bit of vodka with some kind of chaser, like Sprite or 7Up.
Corn mill, water, and yeast. Those are the basic ingredients that are available here, so those are what I am going to use. I can't wait to start my project.
It looks interesting and relatively easy to make (taking into considetation the amount of ingredients). Let me know when you finish it.
All right. Let's keep this alcoholic exchange alive. Yesterday I made more beers and, according to my family, the result was very good.
Wow, that's great. Whats the flavor of the beer? I really wish I could start my project now coz I am really excited to taste it.
I made the black ones. It's not my favorite, but I had to please the guests. What is stopping you from getting started?
I am reducing the lot on drinks. So not sure I'd take vodka every day. It'd make health a bit down for sure. I'd go for beer at the most. Any thing more may not be healthy for me. That's for sure.
The materials that I need is not easy to get here. Especially copper tubing. So I am improvising almost everything that I'm gonna need.
