Jefferson's Bourbon is owned by French spirits behemoth, Pernod Ricard, and they have decided to build a brand spankin' new distillery [to the tune of $250 mil] specifically for the production of Jefferson's Bourbon. The new distillery will be located in Marion County in Kentucky will include warehouses and be carbon neutral. Pernod Ricard acquired Jefferson's Bourbon in 2019.
