I'm thinking about treating myself to a new bottle... I'm seeing all kinds of reviews, and most of them have Jim Beam VERY highly ranked. I find it odd because it's quite cheap when compared to other bourbons... Are there several types of "Jim Beam" bourbon as far as the quality goes? Like, is there the "Single Barrel" stuff and then other lower quality types? The bottle I'm looking at is this one: I know that there's flavored stuff, but who drinks those? If there's a higher quality type, is that related to the aging process only? How do you rank this particular bottle? Thanks for sharing folks!
