Do You Guys Prefer Staying In One Bar For The Whole Night Or Change Them?

Personally, I prefer to stay at the same bar. As long as I'm having a good time and the vibe is positive, I'm definitely going to stay in for the night. I usually only go to one bar and never have any issues there. I don't see a need to hop around from bar to bar when I'm perfectly content in my local cocktail lounge. :)

Depends, if I'm all by myself or with a couple of friends I tend to stay at the same bar for the remainder of the night. However, if I'm with a group of friends we always change locations at least a couple of times, don't really know why! :D

It also depends on a number of cool places in the area. I guess people from places like Vegas really have A LOT to choose from.

I like to stay in one bar and have a great time. I hate the whole going through the line, showing my ID and getting a feel for the new bartender situation. It is just too long to get comfortable and find a seat. I'd rather stay put and have a great night.

I am not a bar hopping kind of person. Also, this is a rural area, and you would have to drive quite a distance to find another bar. There is no way that walking from bar to bar would be possible or feasible. YOu would have to go into the city for that..and I would not be doing that.

Yeah, sure. Me too. I'm living in the area where there are only 2 decent bars and they are not close to one another in terms of distance between them. I can take a cab for that but that's such a crappy thing to do, especially in the middle of the night.

However, in this topic I meant people who hang out in the area where bars are almost everywhere, left and right, you know. So, let me be clear.

I don't go out too often to bars. I prefer private parties but when I do go out I tend to visit a number of bars in one night. I rarely ever stay at just one bar. I always try to make the most of my night out and get to as many places as I can. You also get to meet a lot of people that way.

I like your mentality so much. Bars tend to be small today. I can't stay for more than 2 hours in a small room with all the same people.

I can't imagine having to drive a couple of miles in order to get to a different bar. You don't have any bar locations in your town? My town features a series of bars in my area. It's almost sad how many bars we have in the area. I could walk to several different bars within a matter of minutes.

Well most of the time, I stick to one bar. The less travelling, the better. However, I will say that sometimes we go to quarter draft night here. There are three bars and each hour is a different bar ordering quarter draft. They are all less than 1/2 mile apart, so we walk between the three locations if the weather is tolerable.

I generally stick to one establishment. And I don't mean just for the evening, but overall. When I find a joint that I dig, I normally stay put for a while. These days, I like quiet, out of the way places the best.

So, do you prefer lounges over bars, right? I enjoy them a lot. Bars are usually loud as hell and I can't just talk to the other person and be heard well. That ruins the whole vibe, especially if that's a date.

To be honest, these days I don't get out as much as I'd like. But, yes, the lower key establishments where you can listen to some soft music and nurse a drink are my favorites these days. The ability to have an uninterrupted conversation with someone is nice too.

I usually stay in the same bar if I'm given a choice. Hopping bars has always seemed pointless to me unless they're all having crazy deals. If you're having fun at a bar, why move onto another one, though? If you're at a less than stellar bar and you hear that a bar close by is better, than it makes sense. Hopping around for no reason other than to hop around doesn't make sense to me though.

I would prefer to stay at one bar. I like that type of situation like what transpired in the "Cheers" sitcom. I may meet the same people continuously and strike a lasting relationship. I believe that this way would be a bit cozier and much more fun, therefore, bar hopping wouldn't be my thing.

The only thing that will make me move from one bar to another is if the vibe is dead. As long as the beer is flowing and I'm having fun, then I'm good.
