Behold! The Land Of Milk & Honey Whisky
Admittedly, milk and honey are not two of the first words you might put together when you are thinking with your whisky brain, but in Israel, it is the name of the country’s first whisky distillery and first single malt whisky.
Milk & Honey single malt whisky has been aged in cask for 38 months – 31 months in an American virgin oak cask and seven months in an ex-Bourbon cask.
Only 391 bottles of Milk & Honey will be available – with the first 100 bottles will be auctioned off online in July – while the remainder will be available to the public this month in stores in Israel.
