Glenglassaugh Goes Up An Octave – To 2

Glenglassaugh has released the latest in their Octaves series – Glenglassaugh Octaves Batch 2 – comprising of Octaves Classic and Octaves Peated.

Glenglassaugh Octaves Classic is a blend of Bourbon, Pedro Ximénez and Amontillado sherry cask octaves that has been bottled at 44% alcohol by volume [88 proof] and is said to contain notes of tropical fruits, spiced coffee and nuts.

Glenglassaugh Peated whisky has been aged in Bourbon, Port and Oloroso sherry cask octaves and has also been bottled at 44% alcohol by volume [88 proof] and is said to contain notes of caramel, plums and maple syrup.

Glenglassaugh Octaves Classic Batch 2 is available for $79 per bottle while Glenglassaugh Octaves Peated Batch 2 is available for $86 per bottle.
